Size:
Stakes are manufactured in 1" X 2" and 2" X 2" sizes.
Standard lengths range from 4" to 60".
Construction:
Our stakes are manufactured from straight grained knot free Ponderosa Pine. We use this species of wood for two reasons:
- The grain pattern in the wood allows nails to be driven in it without splitting.
- Surveyors and engineers like the light color to distinguish the markings that they make on the wood.
Quantities:
1" X 2" stakes are generally packaged in bundles of 50
2" X 2" stakes in bundles of 25.
Custom Sizes:
We can also manufacture custom stakes in virtually any size.
